The True Blood Storyline

The HBO hit TV series True blood is based on a series of books by Charlaine Harris called The Southern Vampire Mysteries. Directed by Alan Ball Trueblood takes place in a small town in Louisiana named Bon Temps. This small town has always been known for vampires and humans living together. Bon Temps main vampire is named Bill Compton played by actor Stephen Moyer. Bill is made a vampire during the civil war and has come back to Bon Temps many years later to live a quite and peaceful life. Bill meets then falls in love with a local mind reader named Sookie Stackhouse played by Ana Pasquin. The story evolves mostly around these two characters but True blood does offer a fantastic cast besides Bill and Sookie and keep you coming back and watching. HBO searched worldwide for its cast members completing a perfect bend of seasoned actors and actresses along with hot new up and comers to make True blood one of the best shows on cable television. HBO did not stop there HBO put together a great music video and hit song for True blood named Bad Things by Jace Everett. HBO decided to find a group of local musicians for this song to give it a swampy homegrown feeling of the bayou. True Blood Season Three is due to start in July of 2010.
